Oftentimes when you update your mobile device you will need to reset your Two Factor Authentication. In order to reset you will have to first disable your current Two Factor Authentication.
To disable your current Two Factor Authentication:
Please go to https://www.credly.com/users/sign_in and select "Forgot Password" on the sign in page and reset your current password. Doing so will disable your current Two Factor Authentication setting and allow you to access the account. Once you have access you can go to your setting to reenable the Two Factor Authentication settings again.
