Issuing organizations issue badges within Credly. It is not possible at this time to add (Import) certificates into your profile from an organization that does not have a badging program with Credly.
If you hold a certification from an issuing organization issuing badges on the platform, you'll want to first reach out to the organization to inquire about a badge.
If you are unsure how to reach out to an issuing organization, please submit a request, and one of our representatives can provide you with contact information and instructions or reach out to the organization on your behalf.
