Everything syncs seamlessly with your Credly account. Run reports to see who earned each credential, and review Salesforce records for a complete history of the badges each person has earned. All you need is a Salesforce account and a Credly Premier account.
Use the Credly for Salesforce app to Issue any Credly badge to leads, contacts or organizations -- either individually or to entire groups of recipients at once. All of your Credly badges are available for issuing from inside Salesforce, and new badges you create in Salesforce are synced with your Credly account.

How Do I Connect and use the Credly for Salesforce App?
Connect Credly to Salesforce by entering your Credly username and password.
Select the + sign to see All Tabs.
Select Badge Security Settings
Enter your Credly Sign-in information
Next: Select New Token.
Credly will create the connection for you. You’ll see a green highlighted message stating your “Credly account has been successfully linked”
Once you’ve connected Credly to Salesforce you’ll have the options under All Tabs to select:
Badges: Where you can create your badges.
Badge Rules: Allows you to create automation rules or automation options based on fields in your Account, Contacts, or Leads. Fields that are available in Account, Contacts, or leads will be available for you to build rules.
Badges Reports: Shows you the badges you’ve issued similar to your Credly Reports
Issuing badges: Allows you issue a single badge or build a list manually.
How do I Build Badges?
Select Badges from All Tabs
Select Add a New Badge:
Here you’ll be able to describe the badge that you’re building. You can add the Title, Short Description, Description, Criteria, allow other to give the badge, and add an expiration date if the badge requires one.
You can also choose to use the Badge Builder, which uses Credly’s selection of images, colors, and icons or upload your badge images for a custom look and feel that you have designed.
Once your badge has been designed, select Save, and your badge will be available to issue.
How do I Issue a Badge?
Select Issue Badges from All Tabs
Step 1: Select the Badge you would like to issue and select Next Step.
Step 2: Select a Recipient.
You can search through Accounts, Contacts or leads.
Select a Field, Relation and Filter Value.
Select Next Step.
Step 3: Select Recipients:
Locate the person or list you’d like to send the badge to.
Select Next Step.
Step 4: Select delivery options:
Select Send email notification (Recommended). You can include a custom message, add evidence for the badge and include a Testimonial.
Note: A testimonial is separate from the badge description.
Select Next Step.
Step: 5 Review.
Review your badge and select Issue Now.
How do I set Badge Rules?
To Set up a Badge Rules Select Badge Rules from All Tabs
Step 1: To add a new rule - Click next step
Step 2: Select the badge you’d like to issue
Select Next Step.
Step 3: Enter rule Information
Create Rule name
Select a Record type: Accounts, Contacts or leads
Select a Field, Relation, and Filter Value
You can choose to also Insert New Rule Line to complete the rule
Select Next Step:
Step 4: Select Delivery Options:
Select Send email notification (Recommended). You can include a custom message, add evidence for the badge and include a Testimonial.
Select Next Step to see the rule.
To Edit a rule, select the Rule Title in the list.
