How do I add Managers and Reporters to my account?
From the User Management area, enterprise owners can add Managers and Reporters to the account.
An individual must have an active account on Credly in order to be added as either a Manager or Reporter.
A Manager can create, edit and issue badges on behalf of the organization. Because this individual has complete access to the data, and can delete and revoke all badges, be sure this is a trustworthy (and trained) individual.
A Reporter can only access the data on issued badges. A Reporter cannot edit or alter badges.
To add an individual, start by typing the name in the search field and then select the individual.
