Concatenation is great for personalizing a testimonial. The steps can seem complicated but the short version is:
- Create an Excel spreadsheet with firstname, lastname, email.
- In the 4th column, add your message and copy down the column.
- Use the 5th column to Insert Function --> Concatenate.
- Once you have the message concatenated, copy down the column.
- Save the file as a CSV (window separated if working on a Mac) and close.
- Reopen the CSV and delete the extra column (column D), save and close.
